Decanter: Jeannie Cho Lee MW joins Decanter as contributing editor Asia

by Decanter staff – Jeannie Cho Lee MW, Hong Kong’s leading wine commentator and Jeannie Cho Lee MWauthor of the award-winning book Asian Palate is to join Decanter as contributing editor Asia. Regarded as one of Asia’s pre-eminent authorities on wine, Jeannie Cho Lee was the first Asian to be awarded the Master of Wine in 2008. Her book, Asian Palate, was short-listed for the Andre Simon award and won the Gourmand Award for the Best Food and Wine Pairing book in the World.

 Harvard graduate Cho Lee is a well-known figure on the international wine scene. She is a lecturer, educator and international wine judge, including the Decanter World Wine Awards.

Since 1996 she has specialised in food and wine writing, (she is the holder of Certificat de Cuisine from Cordon Bleu Paris) and is a regular contributor to Decanter Taiwan edition, South China Morning Post, Tatler and a wealth of other international and Asian titles.
