New Release – 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon “Trailside Vineyard”
The much-anticipated 2007 vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon from our “Trailside Vineyard” is now available for your enjoyment and cellars. It is a beautifully balanced wine that is so expressive of this stellar vintage. From the first swirl of the wine in your glass, you will be impressed with the wonderful aroma of summer blackberries and a hint of cassis. The rich and lively flavors continue on the palate, showing an intriguing depth of complexities. This is a big Cabernet – well-focused, voluptuous and smooth, while still showing a youthful pizazz. Experience this exciting wine that highlights the best qualities of Napa Valley’s renowned Rutherford appellation.

Our 2007 Napa Valley Cabernet is another stunning wine from the highly regarded 2007 vintage. Unquestionably a Heitz Wine Cellars Cabernet, this is a classic wine with finesse and elegance – beautiful now and structured to age gracefully for years to come. The rich varietal aroma leads to delicious flavors of dark cherry with notes of spicy plum. A generous core of Cabernet fruit is nicely integrated with refreshing acidity and just the right touch of oak. This wine is silky in texture, building momentum as it crosses the palate to a lovely, lingering finish.
